I am a textile designer, writer, author, teacher and editor based in the south of England.
From nature to architecture, history to overheard snippets, my work is inspired by the world around me.
Hand sewing, embroidery and appliqué are my favourite techniques, and when I teach my emphasis is on the process having as much importance as the finished object.
